Well, I am one of those people that always wants improve myself and my life by doing thing right things, doing more exercise and eating right.
I don't always get it right though! Like this morning, I am trying to eat healthier to lose abit of weight but can you guess what I had for breakfast this morning??
I have some mozzarella and basil crisps from Woolies and a chocolate cupcake... Now thats really going to help me lose weight and be healthy!
Oh well, will just have to try again tomorrow...
